PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES CAREFULLY AND CHECK THEM REGULARLY. THIS IS A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND THE PRIZE DRAW HOST. THESE OFFICIAL RULES MAY CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME (SUBJECT TO SECTION 16, BELOW).

No purchase, payment, or donation of any kind is necessary to enter or win. All entries into a Prize Draw have an equal chance of winning.

THE PROMOTER: Vontomly Ltd (referred to herein as “Fore Competitions“) is a private limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales, with company number [16107015], registered office at [Fore Competitions Limited, Parkhill Grange Armthorpe Ln, Doncaster DN3 1LZ] . Fore Competitions is a for-profit prize draw service, and subscription service that donates regularly to charities of our choosing. Current Charity “On Course Foundation” http://www.oncoursefoundation.com.

THE PLATFORMS: The [Your Website URL] website (the “Website“) and any associated mobile application (the “App“) (together the “Platforms“) allow individuals to enter prize competitions hosted on the Platforms (each a “Prize Draw“).

APPLICABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES: These Official Rules provide the general terms and conditions applicable to every Prize Draw on the platform launched on or after [05 Oct 2025]. Each Prize Draw is subject to all applicable international and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by local laws and regulations.

  • Additional Governing Terms. Depending on how you enter our Prize Draws, how you interact with us, and the Prizes you win, other terms may apply to you, including our Terms of Use, Subscription Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy (together, as applicable, the “Additional Terms“). Each set of Additional Terms can be found under the section “Legal” on the Platforms. If there is a conflict or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any applicable Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will take precedence. Any reference to the “Official Rules” with respect to the subject matter of any Additional Terms includes the applicable Additional Terms.
  • Binding Contract. These Official Rules form a binding contract between the Fore Competitions and each Prize Draw participant. Entry into any Prize Draw constitutes the Participant’s agreement to the Official Rules and the Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Platforms and all Prize Draws. If you do not agree to these Official Rules do not enter the Prize Draw(s).
  • Updates to the Official Rules. These Official Rules may be updated from time to time. Please check these Official Rules (including all relevant Competition Rules and Additional Terms) each time you enter any Prize Draw to ensure that you understand the terms that apply at the time of your entry.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to enter a Prize Draw or be awarded the prize(s) identified on each Prize Draw’s page (each a “Prize(s)“), a Participant must fully comply with the Official Rules (including the relevant Rules and Additional Terms). Unless otherwise provided in the Rules, Prize Draws are only open to individuals who at the time of entry and at the time the Winner/Potential Winner (as appropriate) is selected: (i) are at least 18 years of age; (ii) are NOT in one or more of the “Prohibited Persons” categories listed in Section 2(A) (below); and (iii) are legal residents in the United Kingdom.

Fore Competitions may require Participants to provide documentary evidence (e.g., copy of a passport, driving license, or recent utility bill) to verify their eligibility.

2(A) Prohibited Persons: Unless the Competition Rules state otherwise, the following individuals are not eligible to enter or win a Prize Draw:

  • Any employees, officers, and/or directors of Fore Competitions (or any entity under common control with Fore Competitions).
  • Any employees, officers, and/or directors of the following (collectively the “Draw Partners“): (a) third-parties involved in the administration of the Prize Draw, if applicable, identified in the applicable Competition Rules; and (b) any contractor or other partner engaged by Fore Competitions under a contract which expressly prohibits the contractor/other partner from entering a Prize Draw.
  • The immediate family members of (meaning, spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household (whether or not related) as the employees, officers and/or directors of Fore Competitions and the Draw Partners.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Each Prize Draw will have a starting and ending date and time (the “Entry Period“) specified in the Competition Rules. Only those entries received by the Promoter during the Entry Period will be valid. The Promoter will be the official timekeeper for all Prize Draws.

All Prize Draws will provide two (2) principal methods of entry:

3(A) Subscription-Based Paid Method of Entry (“Paid Entry”):

  • To enter by this method, you must have an active monthly subscription at one of the agreed tiers (£10, £20, or £30) on the Platforms.
  • Participants with an active subscription are automatically entered into the weekly Prize Draws based on their chosen tier (1, 2, or 3 entries per week).
  • Your entries are secured once your monthly subscription payment is successfully processed. You can enter as many times as your subscription allows, up to any maximum Entry Limit (as defined below).

3(B) Alternate Method of Entry (“Postal Entry”):

  • Write or type your full, legal name, home address (no post office box addresses accepted), city, post code, phone number (optional), email address, and the full name of the specific Prize Draw you want to enter (e.g., “Fore Competitions Weekly Prize Draw – [Date/Prize Name]“), on either a postcard or letter.
  • Post the completed entry to Promoter’s third-party prize draw vendor identified in the applicable Competition Rules, at the postal address provided within such Competition Rules.
  • The postal entry must originate from within the United Kingdom. No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted. There is a limit of one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope or postcard.
  • Each eligible entry received via the Alternate Method of Entry will be equivalent to a single entry into the Prize Draw. The entry will be deemed to be submitted at the point of receipt and processing by the Promoter. You can enter by the Alternate Method of Entry as many times as you wish so long as you do not exceed any applicable maximum Entry Limit.

3(C) Promotions:

  • The Promoter may offer free giveaways in connection with the Paid Method of Entry. Any entry via a special promotion will be treated identically to any other entry for that specific Prize Draw and will have the same chance of winning. Additional terms will be made clear prior to entry.

4. ENTRY LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

  • Entry Limit: Unless the Competition Rules or Additional Terms state otherwise, the maximum number of entries per person is the eagle tier.
  • Required Information: Participants must provide all required information to be eligible.
  • Valid Email Address: Participants must not use multiple email addresses or identities to enter. The email address provided must be valid and owned by the Participant.
  • No Automated Entry Devices: All entries must be submitted by the individual Participant to be valid, except where entries are automatically given via the Paid Entry subscription model. Use of any robotic, automated, programmed, or non-manual entry methods will void all entries and result in disqualification at the Promoter’s discretion.
  • Refunds: If a Participant’s entry fee is refunded (e.g., due to payment failure), any entries associated with such payment will be withdrawn and rendered ineligible to win.

5. RELEASE

The Participant releases the Draw Partners, and any advertising platform used in connection with the promotion of any Prize Draw (including, without limitation, Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, Instagram, Inc., Pinterest, Inc., Snap Inc., and Twitter, Inc.) from all liability, loss, or damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in any Prize Draw or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prizes.

6. WINNER DRAWINGS

Potential winner(s) of a Prize Draw (each a “Potential Winner“) will be selected using a verifiably random process from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will occur on or after the end of the Entry Period or as specified in the applicable Competition Rules. Once confirmed and verified as eligible to win, a potential winner is referred to herein as a “Winner.” The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCESS

Potential Winners will be contacted using the email address associated with the entry and may be awarded the Prize(s) subject to confirmation of verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Potential Winners must respond to the notification email in order to claim their prize – equipment will not be sent without answering the email as we may need to ask verification details.

8. CONFIRMATION AND VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS

A Potential Winner will only be confirmed as the Winner eligible to receive the Prize(s) after we have completed verification of their eligibility and confirmed compliance with the Official Rules.

  • Winner Documentation: To receive the Prize(s), the Potential Winner must accurately complete and promptly return any documentation (e.g. age verification document) reasonably required by the Promoter or the Prize provider (collectively the “Winner Documentation“) by the reasonable date specified by the Promoter, or the Potential Winner may be disqualified.

9. WINNER DISQUALIFICATION

A Participant, Potential Winner, and/or Winner may be disqualified for reasons including, but not limited to: (i) failure to meet all eligibility requirements; (ii) failure to abide by these Official Rules or the Privacy Notice; (iii) failure to respond to the notification email in time; (iv) the Promoter is unable to contact the Potential Winner within 96 hours; (v) the Promoter is unable to verify the identity within 7 working days; (vi) providing false or misleading information; (vii) committing any fraud or deception; (viii) acting in a threatening, abusive, or harassing manner; or (ix) inability to timely accept the Prize(s).

If a Potential Winner is disqualified, an alternate Potential Winner will be selected using a verifiably random process from all remaining eligible entries. This process will repeat until the Prize(s) is awarded.

10. PRIZES

Winners will receive the Prize(s) identified on each Prize Draw. The specifics of all elements of all Prizes shall be solely determined by Fore Competitions and set out in the Competition Rules.

  • General Terms: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Prizes are awarded as is, without warranties (other than those which cannot be excluded by law), and cannot be transferred, sold, substituted, or redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with an alternative item of comparable or greater value or cash.
  • Taxes and Fees: Unless expressly stated otherwise, Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes, fees, and expenses related to the acceptance, ownership, and use of a Prize.
  • Forfeiture: Winners may decline to accept some or all of the Prize(s) at any time up to the date they are announced as the Winner, thereby forfeiting the Prize. No alternative Prize or compensation will be provided for rejected or unclaimed portions of any Prize(s).

10(A) Prize Specific Restrictions (Summary):

  • Prize Manufacturers: Prize Draws are not sponsored, endorsed, approved, or affiliated with the manufacturer of the Prize(s) being awarded.
  • Travel Prizes: Participant must travel according to conditions specified by the Promoter. Winner and guest(s) must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for all travel documentation (passports, visas). Failure to travel on specified dates will result in forfeiture.
  • Event Prizes: If an event is cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the remainder of the Prize will be awarded without the scheduled event, or a substitute Prize of equal or greater value may be provided.
  • Physical Event Prizes: The Promoter may require medical clearance before participation. The Promoter reserves the right to decline participation if the individual is deemed unfit or unsafe.

11. PUBLICITY

Fore Competitions reserves the right to publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place for each Prize Draw – for example, the surname and country and county of residence of the Winner. Affected Winners have the right to object to all or part of this information being published or made available – in such event they should inform Fore Competitions in writing.

The Promoter may also require that winners participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Fore Competitions reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify a Prize Draw, in whole or in part, due to any fraud, technical failures, changes in the law, or any other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of a Prize Draw.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL DELIBERATELY TO DAMAGE ANY PLATFORMS ASSOCIATED WITH A PRIZE DRAW OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF A PRIZE DRAW MAY BE A BREACH OF LAW, AND FORE COMPETITIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CLAIM AGAINST AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

FORE COMPETITIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL IT FINDS TO BE ATTEMPTING TO TAMPER WITH OR UNDERMINE THE ENTRY PROCESS, BREACH THE OFFICIAL RULES, OR ACT IN AN UNSPORTSMANLIKE OR DISRUPTIVE MANNER.

13. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

As our Prize Draws fund the operation of our prize competition service, we do not provide refunds for Entry Fees once a Prize Draw has closed.

14. CHANGES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES

Fore Competitions may amend these Official Rules (including any individual Competition Rules) at any time by posting the amended Official Rules on the Platforms. You agree to be bound by any changes from the date they are published. If you have already entered a Prize Draw, the changes will not apply to any entries that you have already submitted, but they will apply to any future entries. The date of last revision is included at the top of this page.

15. PARTICIPANT’S BREACH OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES

The Participant is responsible for compensating the following persons in full for any foreseeable losses or damage they suffer as a result of the Participant’s breach of these Official Rules: the Promoter, all the other Draw Partners, and their respective affiliated companies.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits Fore Competitions’ liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and (iii) any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict our liability.

If the Promoter fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Promoter will be responsible for the foreseeable loss or damage you suffer as a result of the breach or negligence, but the Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

Notwithstanding the above, and save as set out in the first paragraph of this section, Fore Competitions’ maximum liability to you under these Official Rules shall not exceed one hundred British pounds sterling (£100).

If a Participant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise corrupted, the Participant’s sole remedy is another entry in a Prize Draw.

17. GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This means that your participation in the Prize Draws and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection therewith will be governed by English law. You can bring proceedings in respect of these Official Rules in the English courts. However, as a consumer, if you live in another part of the UK you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of your local laws and can bring legal proceedings in the competent court of your country of habitual residence.

18. GENERAL

  • Amendments/Revisions: These Official Rules may only be amended and/or revised in writing by Fore Competitions (including by publishing such revisions on the Platforms).
  • Relationship of Parties: You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Fore Competitions as a result of these Official Rules or your use of the Platforms.
  • Severability: If any court decides that any of these terms are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
  • No Waiver: If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations, or if we delay in enforcing our rights, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you.
  • Personal Information: The Promoter only uses the Participant’s personal information in accordance with the Fore Competitions Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
